EZ Grid® Class A Laser Labels for Slot Blisters, White

- Precise Alignment, Every Time – Designed for use with the EZ Grid® system, which features a frame with two locating pins (6520, sold separately) and matching insert (6522, sold separately) to ensure precise label-to-blister alignment. Use with matching blisters (6507 and 6508, sold separately).
- Proper Use – Class A Blister/Label combo meets USP <671> Performance Testing updated December 1, 2020, Class A package requirements.
- Labels - Meet the definitions for a tamper-evident package as found in 21 CFR 211.132.(b)(1) and USP/NF <659>.
- Neat Application – Foil labels are paper topped. No adhesive is applied over the medication cavity or lift-open tabs.
- Label Storage - Laser labels should be stored at 70° - 80°F and 50% relative humidity (±5%) away from heat sources and not exposed to direct sunlight. Labels should be stored in the room in which they will be printed at least 48 hours prior to printing. Not for use with thermal printers.
