- Maintenance for this equipment is very important; especially when dispensing methadone. When each stock bottle is complete, we recommend that you circulate the dispensette with hot water. Methadone crystallizes when exposed to air; without proper cleaning, it can clog the machine over time resulting in incorrect calibration. Should this occur, do not force your Dispensette. If your Dispensette becomes clogged over time please contact PharmaSystems to schedule a cleaning. Refer to the instructions manual for full cleaning & care Instructions
- Dispensette includes certificate of calibration valid for 1 year after purchase. Annual calibration is recommended to ensure product accuracy. This service is offered by PharmaSystems for a fee.
