- When used with an Arisure Closed Male Luer (CML), the Arisure CVA forms an intuitive, secure Luer lock connection that enables safe, simple transfer of medications
- The Arisure CVA remains mechanically and microbiologically closed, preventing leaks and maintaining drug vial sterility for up to 7 days when used and properly stored according to USP <797>, and reducing the risk of contamination

INTENDED USE
Arisure is a Closed System Drug Transfer Device (CSTD) thatmechanically prohibits the release of drugs in vapor, aerosol orliquid form during preparation and administration, and preventsthe introduction of microbial and airborne contaminants intothe drug or fluid path, allowing the system to minimize exposureof individuals, healthcare personnel, and the environment tohazardous drugs.

- The system supports dry disconnection, minimizes fluid leakage, prevents the spread of vapor into the working environment, and reduces exposure to harmful drug residue
- The Arisure CVA and Arisure Neutral Valve (ANV) are contraindicated for use with blunt cannula systems
