3-in-1, Splitter, Grinder & Storage

Instructions for Splitting:

1. Open lid to access splitter.
2.  Insert medication in the centre of the “V” shape.
3. Hold base to keep splitter in place.
4. Close lid and apply pressure to split. Be sure that fingers are clear of the blade.
5. Open lid and remove pieces.
6. Clean blade and unit with a damp cloth. Dry immediately and ensure no medication residue is left behind.

 Instructions for Crushing:

1. Unscrew the bottom unit counter-clockwise.
2. Insert medication into crushing compartment.
3. Place lid and close the bottom compartment by twisting clockwise.
4. Unscrew the bottom unit to reveal crushed medication.
5. Clean with warm water after each use.
   

 Instructions for Storage:

1. Lift the top portion of the unit by the hinge at the back.
2. Twist the lower compartment of the lifted unit to reveal the two-compartment storage unit.
3. Place medication in the storage compartments.
4. Clean with warm water after each use.
   

 Caution: Blade is sharp, exercise caution. Clean thoroughly after each use to prevent medication contamination. Not all tablets may be split or crushed – consult a pharmacist before splitting or crushing pills. Do not crush time-release or enteric-coated medication. Consult a pharmacist before mixing medication with certain foods. Keep out of reach of children and other unauthorized users. This product is not a toy.
