Identifies a prescription as having been compounded and not purchased! The patient knows that their prescription was compounded in the pharmacy they're using.
The use of this label follows recommendations from the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists (IACP) on labeling compounded medications.
Texas State Pharmacy Board rule 291.25 Section 4:b Labeling requires the attachment of this type of label.
